Human Flag – Manifesto

In a time when wars are fought not only between humans, but also by algorithms and autonomous weapons, we affirm a simple and universal principle:

Every human being has the right to surrender. And they must be recognized as alive—even by a machine.

Surrender is not weakness. It is civilization. It is a right. It is the boundary between the human and the automatic.

Human Flag was born to defend this ancient right and make it legible even in the most extreme modernity.

🤖 Why now

Drones, turrets, and autonomous weapon systems decide who lives and who dies.
Geneva Conventions are no longer enough.
We need new ethical, visual, and digital codes that machines can interpret.

We want to create those codes. We want a universal white signal that no algorithm can ignore.

🧩 What we do

We propose a technical protocol for surrender recognition (ResignAI).
We collaborate with legal experts, scientists, artists, and engineers.
We engage with institutions and governments.
We fight for surrender to be respected even in the automated future of warfare.

📡 The 5G danger

5G infrastructure is not just for faster phones. It is the nervous system of a new kind of warfare—one where machines communicate, track, and attack without asking anyone.

5G enables autonomous drones and lethal swarms to operate without human oversight.
It allows real-time coordination of robotic weapons across borders.
It removes the human pause between decision and death.

We demand a global ethical moratorium on the militarization of 5G technologies. Any technology that can kill must also be able to recognize a surrender signal—instantly, and without error.

Human Flag calls on governments and companies to stop hiding behind speed and infrastructure. The future must not be automated slaughter. The future must leave room for mercy.
