• Cognitive saturation techniques

Scientific research has long documented that constant exposure to such emotional manipulation:

• Damages mental health
• Weakens critical thinking
• Disrupts children's cognitive development

The Ethical Question:

Why should we be forced to pay, through mandatory public fees, to finance media content that may cause cognitive harm?

Our Call:

We are launching an International Petition to demand:

1. Immediate suspension of mandatory broadcasting fees, until independent scientific verification proves no harm is being caused to cognitive health.
2. Establishment of an independent Neuroethical Commission to evaluate emotional manipulation patterns in public media content.
3. Creation of a Public Compensation Fund for citizens who have been forced to finance their own exposure to potentially harmful cognitive content — particularly concerning the protection of children.
